2026 POA Meeting Dates

Four Corners POA Board Meetings

• February 9
• May 11
• August 24
• November 9

The meetings will be held at 6:30 pm at 144 Westridge Park.....unless the meeting location needs to be changed.

Residents are not expected to attend the regular board meetings but are encouraged to attend the annual meeting in October.

Safety Reminder

Please be mindful of our speed limit signs within our neighborhood.
Speeding is always an issue here! We have children enjoying their bikes and riding on the streets. Please watch for bikers and walkers. (Please tell other family / friends to be careful as they drive thru Four Corners.) We want everyone to be safe so that no one is involved in a serious accident!

Homeowners Dues

• The 2026 fee is $250.00 PER LOT that you own.
• The fees are always due January 1 of the upcoming year.
• If unpaid by February 1, you will be charged an additional $50.00 late fee per month that your payment is delinquent.

Three options to pay:

1. Mail: please make the check out to Four Corners Estates POA and mail it to:
   Four Corners Estates POA
   671 Westridge Park
   Livingston, TX 77351
2. Drop Off: Bring your check (made out to Four Corners Estates POA) to 144 Westridge Park (since most of you drive by our house anyway)
   Place the check in the decorative mailbox on the back side of the pillar on the porch. Please DO NOT put it in our regular postal mailbox so that money doesn't get mixed in with our mail.
3. Pay Online: Invoices were sent out to the people who replied to the earlier email and requested this option. If you did not receive an invoice from PayPal for your Dues, please check your spam folder. Note that this option has an extra fee ($9.55 per lot) to cover the online payment credit card fees.

Thank you for paying your dues so that the board can pay the bills for the upkeep of our neighborhood.
